SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping destinations & delivery times
We ship within Lithuania and internationally across the EU, UK, US and selected countries.
- Lithuania: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- UK, US & rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €35 qualify for free shipping. All costs are shown before payment.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

Lost or delayed orders
