Where do I put the patch?
On clean, dry skin. The inside of the wrist is the easiest spot, but the upper arm or shoulder works too.
How long do I wear it?
Through the day, then take it off. One patch a day is the whole routine.
Can I shower with it on?
Short contact with water is fine. Long soaking will loosen the adhesive.
